Hey George,

Do you still have the right side handle bar? Is it straight? Does that include the holder?

Thanks,

I'm interested in the left handlebar if it's straight.

Rotors usually aren't any good after they've been removed from the rims.
They're warped a lot of times.
Not from abuse but just the nature of how the rotors are attatched.

Just so you know.

Vance, motor came off another bike of unknown miles. It turns free, the starter works great, there seems to be good compression but, as I don't have a compression gauge with the proper fitting (the head makes the fit kinda tight), I can't give you a good reading. If you are interested, I can probably scare up a gauge, though.
All the parts are still on the motor. I am okay with parting it out if there is something specific you need.
Let me know
G

Do you still have the rear shock? If so, what condition is it in? Is it off the bike of unknown mileage?

2006 Ninja500R Purchased new July 2006, 0 miles. Miles as of January 2017 88652. It is a GO bike, not a SHOW bike.

Unknown mileage, yes. The shock is off and clean as a whistle.
If you want to give it a go, I'll send it for cost of shipping...

Let me keep that in mind. I think I may need one. If you have a CD player you don't use any more, I may offer more $$$, if you want to wheel and deal. No boom boxes! I need to get the Led out.

Hi George,
If you end up parting out the engine I would be interested in grabbing the flywheel. I don't know what else from the engine will cross over to a gen 1 but if there are important bits that will I would consider them too.
Thanks.
