Re: INDIANA: Greenwood/Indianapolis

This thread has been dead for too long...

Got the bike up and running yesterday and today I got everything put together enough to take it for a short ride... I'm in need of a headlight I can fit on 43mm bars and a tail light befor I'll be ready to meet up for a ride, but soon enough.

Re: INDIANA: Greenwood/Indianapolis

Anybody out there? I don't browse the EX-500 forum too often anymore. Would still be up for a ride soon when it decides to stay warm out. Probably be on the R1. Friend of mine had the EX all fall/winter, just got it back and needs some work done to it. Makes a crunchy sound when starting and shutting off. Battery needs replaced..other than that it seems ok. I've got 2G rear side fairings and tail light to put on as well. Might sell it this summer if anyone here is interested. I'll post it up in the "For Sale" forum when the time comes. Just giving you midwest guys an early heads up.

So how you all doing? Want to ride soon?

Re: INDIANA: Greenwood/Indianapolis

If anyone is still here, I'm new to the forum and would like to ride, but need help fixing the bike. Can anyone nearby help? My dad and I think it might be a fuel issue, flooding or not getting enough fuel to stay running.

Oh, I got her running again sometime ago, but thanks. You're in Lafayette? I'm at Purdue right now.
