Relocating Key/ Rubber ball inside tire

Anyone know how to relocate the key barrel to the side of the motorcycle? Do they make a bracket? And also, I jacked my bike up and I rotated the front tire and I can hear something inside the front tire rolling around when I spin the tire like a little rubber ball inside. That's not normal right? Lol bike also shakes really bad when I'm going down the road just the front end. It's a 99 I'm new can anyone help?

How did you rotate your tire? Edit: OK I get it now, you just spun your tire. The rubber ball noise is not normal, I cant imagine what it is. There could be several reasons why the front end is shaking. Bad wheel alignment, bad steering stem bearings, to name a couple. What shape are your tires in, and how old are they?

Thanks for your reply just inspected the tire further. Looks like a crack on the sidebar wall like something hit it could that cause the shaking problem I bought it from a guy that let it sit and just got it running. I use to have a Gs500 so I know it's not normal lol

The crack wont cause it to shake, but if the tread is scalloped, that could cause it to shake. Regardless you should replace the tire, inspect the rear one also. Good chance the tires are old, given the year of the bike, and that it has been sitting. Would give you an opportunity to inspect the wheel bearings also.
