I'd like to mount regular handlebars (not clip ons) on my EX500 street fighter. Will a triple tree from a different model Kawasaki fit?  Or will I have to drill the tree? Thanks!

Drillin' tree is easiest. They're cheap - get a spare.

You could even do a whole front end swap.
