problem with the gearbox

I have a problem with the bike and can not find solution. It is in the gearbox to change gears 1 to 6, perfect, but to lose 6-1 impossible, I have to stop the bike, and yet .... just after the 4th. 3rd down well. Can you help please?.

Bike needs to roll as the gears are changed. One at a time.

Are you changing gears with the bike moving?
If not that is the reason, the bike needs to be moving for proper shift to happen.

I flowing along a highway in 6th, I have to reduce speed to get out, not down the steps, until you stop the bike, yet it costs. it does not matter if I'm in 5th or 4th
