Trail Tech Vapor gauge.

I am thinking replacing my gauges with a trail tech gauge. I found on their website that they offer a kit for the KX500
Does anyone know if that would be directly compatible with the EX500?

It should work since it has its own wheel-speed sensor. Doesn’t care what bike it’s on. Just have to do rollout and measure distance traveled on one wheel-revolution (with rider on-board). Check out the install instructions:

Get kit with resistor in-line with coil-signal wire. I needed that for tach to function with factory coil.

I didn’t buy their magnetic brake-rotor bolt to use with wheel-speed sensor. Got set of 10 super-magnets from eBay so I can put one on all my wheels. Epoxied to brake rotor. I think they were 8x4mm size.

Ok, thank you for the information. If I go this route I’ll post back here how it goes.
