She hit me :(

Haven't even owned this 500 for a month and some lady already backed into it while it was parked...

I got her info and everything thankfully, it was at my doctors office and she was working there.

She pushed the whole bike back a foot or two but didnt knock it over..

The forks are wayy out of alignment now.. My roommate is letting me daily his '16 ZX10 thankfully

Any advice on what to check for saftey? I was going to try the plunging method to align the bars and forks.
Any advice is appreciated.

It's amazing that the bike stayed upright throughout this encounter. Certainly a lot more painful to deal with had it fallen on a side!

Seems as though this was quite low speed. With a bit of luck, the forks may just be twisted in the clamps. Try loosening the clamps and resetting the forks to a straight position, and then tighten the clamps back up. Make sure they compress and extend normally before embarking on any kind of test ride.
