It's amazing that the bike stayed upright throughout this encounter. Certainly a lot more painful to deal with had it fallen on a side!
Seems as though this was quite low speed. With a bit of luck, the forks may just be twisted in the clamps. Try loosening the clamps and resetting the forks to a straight position, and then tighten the clamps back up. Make sure they compress and extend normally before embarking on any kind of test ride.
