Ticking noise in engine

Starting a few weeks ago I heard almost like a fan going off in my engine and today it turned into a clicking sound. Clicking stays same volume through all rpms. Where should I start?
Video attatched is the fan sound but not the ticking.

No video. You need at least 5 posts before posting a link. I suggest starting with a thread in the introduction section.

My first though was maybe it was a cam chain tension issue or a valve slap but you say it doesn't change with RPM?

Could be as simple as the exhaust manifold not being tightened to spec or something rattling on the exhaust somewhere. Air leakage sometimes sounds like ticking, although i would expect that to also change with rpm. Let the engine cool and check the tightness on the nuts for the exhaust and see if there is any difference.

Good luck!

Check to make sure your fan isn't hitting a wire.
Make some more posts, so you can get that video up.
