Why did Ex-500.com install a toolbar?

I check what sites managed to add a toolbar to my web browser about once a month and just noticed this site adds a toolbar. Why would I need a ex500 search bar when I already have an account here on the website and can come here anytime...

Or in extreme cases, it a I.D.10 T problem

Re: Why did Ex-500.com install a toolbar?

Ah.

Google keeps a record of all search engines you have used on specific sites (like the EX-500.com Google custom search) and puts them as an extended standard toolbar so you can skip going to the site to search first. It does this for every site you use the CUSTOM search for. They can be easily removed.

I confused TOOLBAR with CUSTOM SEARCH ENGINE (Through Google Chrome).

Sounds like you need to run antimalwarebites. That search bar sounds like a disease to me.

Re: Why did Ex-500.com install a toolbar?

I will ask google now if its ok if I make a post on the ex forum. And I will make sure they have a complete list of web sites I visited so the pop up ads can match my interests. Im gonna look at vibrators next so pop up ads come up with all kinds of vibrators. Yes I like to share all my internet activity with google, after all google is your friend.
