Carb Needle, bent

Quick question, would a bent needle in the carb cause stalling? i will replace it anyway, i just dont know if thats the reason for my bike stalling, thanks

easy....

obviously replace the needle (which WILL not allow the slide to seat fully, or possibly hang up...throwing synch out the window)

clean the pilots

evaluate from there

it came that way, its a slight bend, but its there, i think the previous owner tried to rebuild the carbs, but didnt do a good job, when i opened them for the first time, the rubber diaphragms where ripped as well. Needless to say, working on this bike is more of a hobby than riding it lol. But i enjoy it. Even if i get a new bike, im still determined to get this one running perfect. Theres nothing wrong with having a backup.
