Carb rebuild or replacement?

Howdy y'all, i'm going to make this short and as sweet as I can.

This morning I noticed that my carbs near the petcock was leaking, now i'm not 100 percent if its just my carbs or petcock and carbs. When I start it, it'll idle at 500-750 range until I ride then i'll go up to 1200-1250 RPM I just got my carbs cleaned in April of this year and been riding for about 80 percent of the time from then to now. It seems all the liquid on the black part is gas.

I'll try and upload a picture, but i'm a fairly new member so i'm not sure if it'll let me, if so ill upload to imgur and paste the link in the comments if it's not against the rules. Many thanks.

Carbs can not leak from the seam at the black cap in your picture, it would appear fuel is migrating downwards from your leaking petcock area.

I'd suggest to check that fuel delivery hose as well (may appear swollen and loose at the petcock fitting, hence the cable tie as an attempt to stop leakage?) and also all petcock related hardware to be sure...mounting, front and backside. If loose, don't go gorilla in overtightening. If everything tight and still leaking, a new petcock or a rebuild at very least is advisable.
