Alright guys and gals, the time is here. Tickets for the 2007 RedBull USGP at Leguna Seca are now on sale at the website below. The Grand Prix will be held the weekend of July 20th, 2007.

http://www.laguna-seca.com/Tickets/index.cfm?Fuseaction=ViewTickets&EventID=17

I will be attending the Friday, Saturday, and Sunday races at Turn 11 Grand Stands (I've heard Turn 4 isn't worth it) as well as a Paddock Pass and Camping at Fox Hill (Motorcycles Only). Total cost was about $350, but if you attend JUST the race on Sunday, it's much, much less.

If anyone wants to head up there as a group, let me know! I'm in Central Wisconsin for reference. I'd love to do a group ride! this will be my first time to Laguna Seca and i am SO excited!

See you there!

Post up if you're attending! I'd love to meet all of you!

Monterey alone is crazy beautiful. Check out the aquarium while your there I think they will still have the great white there... These tickets are practical sold out! Granted its late and Nickey took 1st last year but I checked uhm early November and pretty much anything worth buying was already sold out. Poop. After my ticket trail passes with good results (crosses fingers) I'll look into getting tickets from a third party.

well there's always General Admission Tickets. Avoid the Corkscrew. Last year i heard a fist fight broke out over seats. If you come, be sure to stop by! I hear Friday is the only day you really want a paddock pass.

I'll give it some thought, I really want to take some long tours this summer and check out some races. Depends on how tight cash is.

Yes.

No. You can stand or use lawn chairs. The grandstand seats will all be reserved, or completely full very very early. like i said, fist fights over seats. better to just bring your own and sit in a field.

Maybe. There is free parking available.

The Paddock pass is where all the Good stuff is. Bikes, Teams, Venders, Umbrella Girls, Swag, Photo-Ops, Unveilings, you name it, it happens there and usually on Friday.

You might want to make sure that the fields are in fact open seating. I remember seeing pictures that had people on blankets on the side of the hill.

I will no doubt be very tired when i arrive. look for a guy in full gear laying on the ground in the riding position next to a running CBR. That's me. LOL 2000 friggin miles dude....

I went to the '05 AMA races there with my dad (ninja 650r) and my brother (Z1000), and the paddock passes are amazing, especially if you don't mind starting conversations with complete strangers. We talked to most of the Kawisaki techs! The corkscrew was easy to find seating in (any empty grass spot), and it's definitely worth it.
