I have recently purchased a 94 Ninja 500. And the guy I bought it from told me the lower fairing was an option. Is this true or not, I cant seem to find any info. The bike is in pristine condition, and has never been dropped or down.

Thanks for the help

Lower became standard in '97, same year they added the "R" to the the 500.

I pulled mine off right after I got my bike. I'll put it back on if I sell the bike...

all years fit if you want to add one. Don't forget to get the brackets though. ;)

Lower fairings are lame...haha. J/K. I'm sure that they help sell the bike for some extra cash. I know mine is getting pulled off when I get back. I like the look better without and it makes things more acessable.
