I have an 87 EX-500. I need to replace the air filter. The filter that I took out of the bike is a flat screen. How does this part I found on ebay that says should fit this bike, actually work.

hmm i cant seem to link ebay links.. the item number is:

The airfilter in question is rounded/oval shape. I was expecting a flat screen filter.

That guy must be smoking some pretty good stuff, see if he will sell that....

It wont work, my best guess is the ex500 he took it off had some one off custom airbox, not an ex, or it is the wrong picture.....
