Does anyone else have this problem? I have a small crack above tail light on the left side panel where it meets the center section. There is no impact damage to my bike don't know why it happened by I am kind of

This is just like the spedo cable support that comes off the horn bracket that breaks and scratches the front fender, Kawasaki customer (no) service was no help.

When I put my side panels back on my bike after having them off they were vibrating back there, so if yours were doing the same thing, this could've caused a crack. I just put some electrical tape on the pieces so that they were resting and had something else to rub against besides the plastic itself.

Every point of attachment to both of my siderails cracked completely off - I think it happened when I trailered the bike. I just repaired them all using first ABS cement, and then "Plast-Aid," to reinforce. We'll see if it holds.
Although mine clearly cracked from trailering/have the tie downs press on siderails, I've heard they tend to crack over time, due to vibration. I wonder if it would be wise to put in rubber washes at each contact point - maybe it would absorb some vibration?
