This is where you remove your hardware from

Use as thin of piece of sheetmetal or tin

Trace your hardware with a Sharpie. Cut with tin snips and drill holes

Backside . Where it mounts to bike (FINISHED)

Frontside where tag mounts (FINISHED)

Poor picture of it mounted to bike

And the best thing is.....you can reuse you fender if you decide to sell the bike ! I had what KS said about trade or resale value when I made mine last year !
*And the Total Cost : $0*
Doesn't get any cheaper!

I depends what pictures your looking for . If you want em' with the plastic on , you'll have to wait until Sunday or Monday when I get my bike back together (Just Painted) .

What were your dimensions for the piece of sheet metal that you used? Also how did you mount the turn signals? I like the look and I know that with ELCHEAPO dollars that I will do this mod. Thanks for the pic lucky.

The piece of metal might be 1/16th of an inch thick . As for the turn signals i intergrated them with my brakelight .

To ddo the fender ? It cost me nada . I had that metal laying around from something that was shipped to me . The intergrater was $9 bucks . Sure the hell beats $50 , or hacking up your fender . ;)
