From his feedback:

Seller didn't respond to emails and sent to wrong address. Took extra two weeks
Reply by bippper22: I will ship a box of tissues if that will make you feel better

lol....

It has a salvage title, so that's likely the reason behind the cheapo price
Salvage title means one of two things:

Totaled bike
stolen bike

Usually both .

EX 650? As in a Ninja 650R? I'd pass on it, buying a questionable bike over ebay doesn't sound like my idea of a good time.

As for the Ninja 650R, it's called an ER-6F (F=full fairing model) or the ER-6N if you are looking for the naked (european) bike.

when i got a quote from my local kawi dealer it labled the 650 as an ex-650. and not just handwritten either, the actual catalog page.
I ran the vin# they gave for that bike and it came back as 'invalid' I have recently bought salvaged bikes and the vin comes back as 'salvaged' . Something smells fishy ....

ohs. i didnt know that :(

i tinyurl'd it because i didnt want to stretch the page out.

'cuz it's written in the rules.. :D

Now the real question, why is it in there Admin ?
Because eBay sellers will use this site as free advertisement. That's not what a classifieds section is for. it's for private SALES (not auctions) between community members. If you list it here, it has to have a final price. eBay is for auctions, EX-500.com Classifieds sections is for classified sales.

DragKnee: If you want to condense the URL, try tagging it like this:

Code:
[url=http://www.holy-crap-this-is-that-one-humoungous-link-zorz-omg-lollercopters.com]>>>Link<<<[/url]
it will show up like so:

>>>Link<<<
Thanks much for the explanations :)
I've always understood it to be called an EX-650 as it's model. ER's were the euro names. Kinda like how the 500 is a gpz over there.

+1 on not buying that bike.
I like the EX650. Love the full fairings. The naked is hot too.

I stand by my previous statement. ER6N is the naked version, ER6F is the fairing version.

When I call our vendors for after-market accessories they recognize the ER6F title.

Other vendor books just list it as a Ninja 650R (no 2 letter designator).
^ goes doub-lay for the post [97?] EX500... otherwise known as the Ninja 500R
