Fuel Ratio Adjusting Screw

Hello everyone . i found this while crusing around the net.
its a pretty good idea i can say . you can ez adjust your fuel mixture. but does anyone ever seen this before on some good quallity site, because this part has to be machined perfect for it to work . so if anyone ever seen for a good quality product let me now . thanks .

note the CVK34 in the description? Based on that, it should work just dandy in your EX. However....I have experienced quality control issues. Note the washer unable to mount on to oversized pilot screw shaft on the "finger adjustable" screw. 3.07mm too wide.

Unless you have drastic seasonal changes, idle mixture is generally set and forget. Synchronizing the carbs is also important. No point in tuning idle if the synch is out of spec.

Th tig is that it is sync because we did it. And i have made so far only 3000 km. When we changed the air filter it all changed so its based on the air sucking in and the fuel is too lean .
