That's something I would be interested in dropping a new engine into. Unfortunately it would cost me more than $1000 in gas alone to get to CA and back in my Ranger.

trololol here's the galaxy brain method: load up the spare engine into a rental car, drive over, swap engine, ride back

edit: screw it just fly with it as your carry on, i'm sure it'll fit in the overhead bin no problemo
