The famous Shoei RF-1200 is one of the most popular and best-selling helmets of all time that truly revolutionized the industry. It first appeared on the market back in 2014. The company didn’t have to make changes living by the philosophy: “What isn’t broken doesn’t need fixing.” But over the years, user feedback piled up. Shoei engineers reviewed all the complaints riders had and updated the existing design creating this new and improved version. Introducing the Shoei RF-1400 full-face helmet that is now almost flawless.
Among other updates, the shell aerodynamics was improved, which resulted in reduced drag and lift and improved stability at high speed. Now the helmet features a larger pinlock insert for a better field of view. The ventilation system was redesigned, and the top vent received a more convenient way of opening and closing. The Shoei RF-1400 helmet is now DOT and Snell approved.
