I hear ya. It's in my nature to get multiple opinions on stuff.
Thought there might be other opinions out there that a few folks here might like to see.

I'd don't know, maybe i am just lucky, but to put my EX racebike back on the street, i stuck a stock motor in her, put my 37mm smoothbore carbs away and got some stock '06 carbs off Ebay, stuck the non-K&N cone filters on them i had, running thru a Kerker 2/1 header with a Yoshimura cannister on it and it runs perfect, no flat spots or hesitation....pulls like a tractor...
I'll hook up my G-Tech gee meter soon and get some Hp runs and graphs and 1/4mile/0-60mph times, plus i'll vid a run so you can hear and see...

Now maybe somebody rejetted this carb on the '06 EX before they wrecked it but i doubt it...

I have a g-tec as well how are you wiring it to the bike?

i just put in a 12v lighter socket, already took it out for a test but need to go somewhere further to do 1/4 miles runs as the cops frown on that where i live on the beach.. : )
