I was shopping for parts and ran into a gas tank for a zx-9 that i thought looked pretty sharp. Has anyone had any experience putting a gas tank from a bigger ninja on the 500? Also, since the seat wouldnt fit flush anymore a new seat would also be in order. Just a thought, anyone have any ideas? I realize it wouldnt match the fairings, but my goal is a naked bike anyway so it doesnt really matter.

I checked with an ER-5 group in England, (the ER-5 is a cheaper version of the NInja sold over there) and they said that that tank would not fit on a ninja, even though the bikes are similar
