Alright. I took out the rest of the material on the flywheel. Still not starting, but keeps being super close. Two examples below. Volts when cranking hover around 10.8-11.2 (usually jumping to eleven when you hear it try to start)

Update:
Tried starting again and got some loud pops (backfiring I assume) from the pipe. This didn't happen before.

Update a million:

So engine started for a bit, about 2 seconds. Then heard a small sound from flywheel side and now starter clutch isn't engaging. Chain spins clockwise, all welds seem to be good, but flywheel isn't spinning.

Tried switching out the starter clutch from my previous flywheel, but still no luck.
