It has an very low torque value. Not much more than finger tight. You should replace the associated O-ring for it also.
just found that part no you beat me there. isn't that the banjo bolt that requires a complete engine strip to replace because it breaks the seal on the internal oil pipe. sure I read somewhere that was the case.

I had a low end and broke that bolt a couple years ago... It was no stripp required, but a little patience with a precision flat screw driver, trying to rotate it backwards, as it's broken it does not have torque, just screwed (not pun intended)
