Check out this site, dont know if it has been posted before, but i have not seen it on here.

Basicaly the guy opens up different oil filters, and takes a look at the quality of construction. This is a great site, espesicaly after finding out the OEM kawasaki ex500 filter is a great filter, the other one i looked at was the K&N, which was good as well.

FRAM of course is ****, lol.

Given that most people see Fram as junk that is true.. but the data on those pages and recalls on Fram were what like 12 years ago

1995... yea i think they might have improved slightly.. but hey you could always buy a 6 dollar filter from whereever and cut it open and check things out urself
