The Traction skin is on all the 2nd and 3rd generation Attack tires except for race, so Sport Attack, Road Attack, Classic Attack, Trail Attack. I think it's limited to those. Conti's among the leaders in tire development these days. They've got a graduated curing process that allows for multi compound tires. Instead of a hard compound in the center and a soft one on the edges, it's one compound cured in varying degrees so it graduates from hard to soft from center to the edges. Pretty cool.
