between the 1st gen 2nd gen and so on......

there is a 20 page supplement in the back of the clymer manual that is for the second gen.

and a good portion of that is just torque settings.

It would be a whole lot easier to make a non interchangable list, there are a whole lot less parts that wont work

Non-interchangeable part list, parts from 2nd gen that wont fit 1st gen : (not complete)

- Wheels (front and back)
- Front fork
- Front caliper
- Rear brake assembly (hydraulic disc on 2nd gen, mechanical drum on 1st)
- Brake pedal
- Swingarm
- Dogbones
- Rear/side body panels
- ...
