The numbered dial by the clutch and front brake, both are set at 4, what are they?

White smoke coming from where exaust pipes meet under engine, what could cause that, also white smoke comes from seams in exaust tubing, and out of exaust pipes, is the white smoke good or bad?

Oil leak from where exaust pipes meet under engine(it is from somewhere else, it drips down the side of pipes.), what could cause it, is it related to white smoke, I think it is the oil burning from hot exaust pipes?

They are just numbers to indicate which in/out position the levers are in.

COuld be bad usually means water in the oil. change your oil

COuld be just the condensation from the water in the oil. Change oil
