Something else to think about with tire size.
When you fit a larger rear tire it has a different radius of the tread form. this causes a change in the alignment of the contact patches as the bike is leaned over.
This usually causes an increase in effort to make the bike turn.
Think the the shift in contact patch alignment is contrary to the direction of the turn.

You may not like it.
