Recalls (found at

Located a problem that a NY biker had when taking his bike in for recall work:

The recalls apparently are/were for:
" 1. TPS - lift gas tank, remove (a) Airbox (b) Throttlebodies, replace TPS & put back together
2. Sprocket nut - remove front sprocket cover, replace nut, replace cover"

This is not an issue with the EX500.

The thread from SBN (god i hate that place) is about the Yamaha FZ6 ONLY.
