I saw it on here once, but I don't remember the thread. I did a quick search for "resale value" but didnt find anything, so here's my own thread.

What's the best site for figuring resale value of a bike? I checked out the Kelly Blue Book for motorcycles, and liked it, but it doesnt have "private-party" value. Anyone know of a better site? I know someone's gotta...

thanks in advance

Try nadaguides.com. I think that's what the exact site address is or it's something very close.

Whenever I'm selling something (or buying for that matter) I average the prices I get from KBB.com and nadaguides.com both. Thats what I expect to get/pay for something in good condition (less for worse condition, but typically not more). I'll generally price something at the upper end of the price range so I have room to negotiate (that makes buyers feel so much better) with the price I want being 2-500 below (sometimes more depending on age, condition, etc) what I'm asking.
