there isn't one only a chain guide in the centre bracket. if it's that worn replace it. but check out for wear on the chain guides first.

Is there only one chain gaurd? What is that arm on the bottom of the chain below the gaurd with the bolt on it .is that a adjuster? My first bike I'm trying to learn on my own appreciate any advice on it ty

There is no adjuster, in order to be able to remove the chain ,it had to be made long enough to slip over the gears. The chain guide is just to shorten it enough to prevent it jumping over by itself.
