Hi! Has enyone had a problem with the tank vibrating at 120+ km/h?
I noticed a while back at high speeds. Front of the tank shakes up and down and all the front fairing shakes with it. It even cracked where it's screwd with the tank on the front side, windshield stared cracking and mirrors shake like hell. The rubber mounts under the tank are there and in good condition, I checked. And all of this just at 120+km/h. Anyone had a issue like that?

Are you sure it's the Tank?
If Mounted with the Bolt at the seat + all 4 Rubbers, I cant imagine it should move at all.
Hopefully not your Frame?
There's a Metal piece that holds the two Cylindrical rubbers in the middle.
It's bolted to the frame , maybe being sure both the bolts that hold the Tank Mount in place are also snug as well...

Sounds like an entire bike vibration. Not just a tank vibration.

There should be this under your tank.

If the front of your tank is lifting up, it sounds like either the tank isnt resting on it properly, the rubbers aren't resting properly , or the whole metal assembly isnt bolted right, imo

If the front of the tank is lifting , it would cause stress on front fairing mounting points, would in turn would possibly vibrate all the way up to the mirrors. Theory only.

Tank brackets outside of CA look a little different.
