I can't seem to find my service manual anywhere so I figured this would be the best place to ask.

What sizes will fit a gen 1 EX? I am getting a pair of Demons in a few days and I have no clue what size to get.

Front: 100, 110, 120?
Rear: 130 or 140 (I would hope a 140 will fit)

70% 80% or 90%? I have no clue.

I was just about to order a 120 front and 140 rear, but I would hate to have ordered them and then they won't fit.

I was going to just let the dealer do it but they didn't have any OEM tires that would fit the EX (as they claim) and wanted me to shell out $400 for both tires and an install.

No Diablo radial tires for the gen 1 EX500's narrow 16" wheels, you must be thinking of the popular for gen 1 Pirelli Sport Demons. Best used in the Metzeler Lasertec/Pirelli Demon recommended sizes of 110/90-16 and 130/90-16 or the Avon Roadrider recommended sizes of 100/90-16 and MT 90-16 (equiv to 130/90).

A 120 front is too wide for the 2.15" front wheel. Use the 110 or 100/90 front.

Yes I meant Demons, I was reading something about the diablos, my mind slipped. Thanks for clarifying the sizes though, I was about to get entirely wrong ones.
