hi guys quick question how do you upload videos to the new site can it be done direct from home computer like photos or does it have to be done through u-tube or 3rd party server like the old site
if events ongoing it may be required to up load some I have no idea how. thanks

The only way I know how is to upload to youtube, then provide the youtube link.

Yeah, I don't think the new software allows uploading videos direct from your computer. I'll try to look into it, but frankly, with this new system we're not able to see the mechanics of things the way we could before.

thanks guys that is very helpful. I did try a drag and drop of a 10 sec vid in the other thread but it didn't work.
so assumed this might be so. it does work on another forum I use. not been on U tube for years so will have to look at that or one of the other platforms. this is all new to me so here goes. thanks again. they say a photo can be more descriptive than a 1000 words . and a video more descriptive than a 100 photos so we will see.

That is correct and only option at this time.
