is everybody in the midwest enjoying the unseasonably warm november we're having? I got a chance to ride on Sunday and had a blast. Unfortunately I'm in Platteville during the week and the bike lives in Richland Center so i don't get to take advantage of the fact that its 60 or warmer during the week.

I rode to work on Monday and was looking forward to the warm weather today but it's misty and raining (They called for sun the bastids) so I left the bike at home. :(

Hopefully it clears up the next two days though.

Yes, this November weather is great so far. I don't put the bike up for the season, as some do, since I keep it in the garage and can usually get out at least one day per week all winter. In Northwest Ohio(just south of Toledo ~ 40 miles) there is usually one day per week with temperatures above 35 and suitable riding conditions. On those few periods where there is prolonged cold, icy, or snowy conditions I'll pull it out of the garage and warm it up once per week just to keep it in good shape. I consider 45-65 degrees prime riding weather, so what we're having now is ideal.

Its gonna be almost 70 and sunny tomorrow and around 60 on Fri and I'm gonna be stuck at work. Tried to take off, but its not happening.

I was out last wknd when it was 40, and a little cold, but not too bad. I'm prolonging the winterization as long as I can.

edit: oops, didn't realize this in in the midwest forum... Those temps are around the NYC area
