Guys,
We do not have a shop manual for our EX's. I know, I know...first bike I've owned in years without one! LOL

I'm wondering if any of you with a shop manual can provide me with the torque value for both the waterpump impeller shaft (13107 KA13107-1203 SHAFT,IMPELLER) and the waterpump impeller (59256 KA59256-1060 IMPELLER).

If any of you have this information, I'd certainly appreciate it. Thanks.

i don't have the info, but i've done the job on my EX and I can tell you that the Official Oreo Torque valves are exactly Snug.5 ft/lbs for both shaft & impeller ;D

EDIT: Looked it up in my shop manual and it says 87 INCH/lbs for the impeller shaft and interestingly enough I didn't see a torque rating for the impeller itself.

Old thread, but remember that the impeller shaft is a reverse thread, so hand tight will probably be good enough. As the shaft spins it will tighten the impeller
